Appointments
We have reserved time especially for you, and greatly appreciate your prompt arrival so we may better service you. We do our best to remain on schedule for your appointments and your consideration is greatly appreciated.

When scheduled for a Day Spa package, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow time to check-in and select your lunch.

Deposits
All of our day spa packages and group reservations require a 50% deposit upon booking. A one week notice is required for any changes or cancellations to multiple service appointments.

Gratuities & Pricing
Prices may vary according to time spent, length of hair and product used. We accept most major credit cards for payment. However, we do not allow placing gratuities on your credit card.

Gift Certificates & Packages
Looking for the perfect gift? Order one of our Day Spa Packages or custom design your own package for a personalized gift. If you order your gift certificate over the phone, you can pick it up at our reception desk, or we can mail it to you.

Refunds
All refunds for the salon are credit only.

Parking
For your convenience, we have a parking lot in the rear of the building. You may enter our parking lot off of Green Street via either 4th or 5th Street (see map). We also have a side and front entrance

For Your Comfort
Please turn off your cell phone before entering our day spa. For your child’s safety and comfort, they must remain with you at all times. Children are not permitted in our Day Spa.
